Whom I serve best
In order for me to maintain a concierge level of service, I must limit the number of clients to which I devote myself. My practice has a carrying capacity of 50 client households. This compels me to choose the type of clients that will ensure our mutual success. My experience shows that my best client relationships are with people who exhibit:
INTELLIGENCE AND HIGHER EDUCATION: For example, they have an advanced degree, or attended an elite university. My clients who didn't finish college still have very specialized skills within their industry.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Most are in analytical professions such as engineering or academics.
SELF-DISCIPLINE: They are more about being rich than looking rich. They save, spend, and invest without caring what their neighbors think.
ECONOMIC MEANS: My clients can afford regular vacations, their children's private school, and hiring me for $3,000+ per year. Most of my client households have at least $1,000,0000 dollars net worth and/or at least $250,000 annual income.
